It’s Christmas in April!!!!!
When I lived out on Long Island while going to CW Post Center, I use to work for a company called “Crazy Eddie’s“. It was a NY based electronics and music store. You could buy anything from component stereo equipment, car stereos, to records. Remember vinyl? At Crazy Eddie’s there would always be a Christmas In August sale. Why? Because Eddie was crazy! Well …I’m feeling a bit like that now. Crazy. As you can see I’ve grown weary too. In less than a year, though it does seem longer … it was time for me to abandon my last WordPress theme and opt for a newer one. Though I liked my last theme, for its graphics heavy front page. I also didn’t like it because there was no story associated with the images until you clicked on them. Though maybe good for the GUI oriented, over-visually-stimulated TV generation … I felt I was missing something. Text. Damn … how old school is that!
So now … It’s Christmas in April. I’ve reworked the Christmas theme that I also use on my eMac Consulting blog, for my go2jo.com blog. I also change my theme because I wasn’t posting enough. If I wanted to post with my other theme I had to create two image files to go along with the post, and it got to be a drag. So now … life is easier again. Well at least my blogging life.
Things still need to be tweaked there and there. If you see anything glaringly wrong … leave a comment.
Thanks … Joe :)
